Fairfax business media publications are excluded from the NewsAccess, CopyrightAccess and all press clipping licences (except for the photocopy press clipping licence). These include;

• Australian Financial Review
• BRW
• Smart Investor
• MIS
• CFO

• Asset

Journals published by Elsevier (including its affiliates and imprints) are excluded from the following uses under the CopyrightAccess and other voluntary licence schemes: making multiple physical or electronic copies of a work for distribution to third parties for promotional purposes including at trade shows and conferences and including distribution as a handout by mail and by email. Please contact the publisher at s.yue@elsevier.com to inquire about a direct licence for a use excluded under these schemes.
