Religious organisations

CAL recognises that religious organisations have special copying needs.

To meet these needs, we have developed a specialised licence that will provide your congregation with protection from infringing copyright law while at the same time allowing you to copy, within limits, from the copyrighted materials represented by CAL. These include lyrics for songs and hymns, poetry and other literary works by CAL members.

CAL has two licence options available. The Standard Licence allows for photocopying of material.  The CopyrightAcess Licence allows for both digital copying and photocopying.

Please note that copying of print music, including melody lines, is not licensed by CAL. Should you wish to copy print music, please contact AMCOS for further advice in relation to licensing print music.
