AMI and ATI accepting grant applications

CAL members and website visitors may be interested in applying for funding from the Australia-Malaysia Institute (AMI) and the Australia-Thailand Institute (ATI). Grant applications are welcome from a variety of fields, with the priority areas for funding being education, media, arts and culture, youth, sport, religion and society, trade, public policy and science. Applications are due on 13 May 2011.

The AMI and the ATI were established in 2005 and are Australian initiatives  funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade with the aim of strengthening links between Australia and the two countries.

Both individuals and organisations are invited to apply for funding.  Proposals for projects that overlap between the AMI and the ATI are also welcome.
