National Indigenous Photo-Media Forum
The Centre for Contemporary Photography (CCP) is hosting the National Indigenous Photo-Media Forum in Melbourne from 8 to 10 February.
Supported by Copyright Agency’s Cultural Fund, the forum gives emerging and established Indigenous photographers and photo-media artists the opportunity to meet and network with industry specialists, artists and educators from across Australia whilst developing their industry and technical knowledge.
Included in the program is a panel discussion, Valuing your work and what you do and Copyright Agency’s Indigenous Communications Coordinator and Legal Officer Trish Adjei will be there to talk about copyright and protecting Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property (ICIP).
Attendance at the forum is free for Indigenous artists, but registration is essential.
