Rate CAL’s conduct

The Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies (the Code) was launched in 2002 to establish benchmarks in service levels for Australian reproduction rights organisations (RROs).

CAL has been a voluntary signatory since the Code came into effect – and actively participates in a yearly review that examines each RRO’s compliance and service delivery to key stakeholders. As part of this process, rightsholders and licensees are invited to make submissions to the Code reviewer regarding CAL’s performance.

Written submissions should be sent to the Code reviewer, Mr James Burchett QC at the address below by no later than Friday 29 July 2011.
