Creative Industries' Career Fund application guidelines

A total of $150,000 from Copyright Agency’s philanthropic Cultural Fund is allocated annually to a separate funding pool known as the Creative Industries’ Career Fund.

The Creative Industries’ Career Fund offers individual creators and those involved in the publishing and visual arts industries a maximum of $5,000 to undertake training, travel or other activities that will enhance their careers.

Funding rounds occur quarterly.

Who can apply?

Applications are open to the individual creator or those involved in the publishing and visual arts industries who wish to broaden their knowledge base, skills or expertise and take their careers to the next level.

The selection process

Applicants will be considered by a selection panel made up of three experts from the publishing and creative industries. The 2012 selection panel will be chaired by Copyright Agency’s Cultural Fund Manager, and comprise:

1. Jane Sullivan;

2. Simon Cooper; and

3. Tony Duke.
