Making a claim
Where possible, CAL now sends electronic claim forms to members when their works have appeared in copying records kept by CAL licensees. The email includes attached forms and information that will enable members to make a claim or amend a notification. Members that have not provided an email address or those who have requested hard copies will still receive their claim forms by post.
