Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies
As part of CAL 's mandate, CAL adheres to a Code of Conduct for Copyright Collecting Societies. The Code sets out the standards of service that Members and Licensees can expect from collecting societies.
Once every three years this Code comes under review, providing the general public with the opportunity to contribute to the operation of the Code. The most recent review was held in February 2008. Click here for a copy of the Triennial Review issued April 2008.
