Board of Directors and Management are committed to transparency of
information about the company. An important means of ensuring this
transparency is in the Annual
Report to members. As well as complying with the reporting requirements
of the Corporations Act, CAL makes a statement in its Annual
Report about its main corporate governance practices. |
