Trust Fund Analyst

Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be working closely with other departments within and outside Finance, to develop the Trust Fund analysis, reporting, forecasting and budgeting. As well, you will be providing reporting and forecasting of distribution payments throughout the year to support the accuracy in trust fund reporting.

Further responsibilities includes accounting support for the analysis and reporting of trust balance sheet and licence revenue accounts, including developing and maintaining written operating procedures for these processes.

Other objectives include business analysis and support to the Finance team for process and system such as the ERP implementation scheduled for December 2008.

Essential criteria include:

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years Analyst or Accounting experience Tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Tenacity and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently with little direction and oversight
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills

 

Personal Assistant to CFO & CIO

This highly confidential position requires a mature and well organised individual to provide secretarial, administrative and project coordination support to the CFO and CIO and where necessary to other staff within the Division, including:

  • Telephone, e-mail, diary and schedule management Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
  • Prioritising and attending to all incoming mail, telephone and other requests
  • Drafting of correspondence including e-mail, letters, memoranda and facsimiles
  • Ensure correspondence is professionally presented at all times
  • Preparation of presentation materials
  • Organising travel and travel diary management
  • Manage the Division's filing system in accordance with company records keeping policy
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of expenses.
  • Take minutes at Divisional meetings
  • Coordinate meetings for the Finance Division (including catering, preparation of meeting rooms etc)
  • Preparation and coordination of Board Papers
  • Support ad Hoc projects

The ideal candidate must have the ability to work unsupervised, be extremely self sufficient and display vast amounts of initiative. You must be able to juggle multiple projects and your communication skills must be of the highest standards to communicate effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.
