CAL recognises that religious organisations have special copying needs.

To meet these needs, we have developed a specialised Worship licence that will provide your congregation with protection from infringing copyright law while at the same time allowing you to copy, within limits, from the copyrighted materials represented by CAL. These include lyrics for songs and hymns, poetry and other literary works by CAL members.

Extremely flexible, the CAL Worship licence will provide you with a wider scope for copying without interfering in any agreement you may have with an author that entitles you to more generous copying of a particular copyright item.

Please note that copying of print music, including melody lines, is not licensed by CAL. Should you wish to copy print music, please refer to information on AMCOS' website or contact AMCOS for further advice in relation to licensing print music.
