Agreement between CAL and the States and Territories

The States and Territories of Australia and CAL are currently negotiating the terms for government digital use of copyright works between 2001 and 2006, since previous agreements with the States and Territories only covered the photocopying of copyright material. Concurrently, CAL and the States and Territories are negotiating for terms regarding prospective arrangements to cover hardcopy and digital activity undertaken by government agencies and departments.
