Adele Ferguson

Adele Ferguson is a journalist and author with a wide range of experience across the media industry. She is a business commentator and an investigative reporter for The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and The Financial Review.

With more than 20 years in journalism, Adele previously worked as a senior columnist at The Australian. She has also worked at BRW Magazine as deputy editor and chief business commentator, where she wrote many leading investigations into the corporate sector.

She has won numerous awards including The Gold Walkley, the Gold Quill and the Gold Kennedy awards. She won a Logie in 2015 for her work at ABC’s Four Corners, Banking Bad, when she went on secondment to the program as a reporter.

In 2012 she wrote the best selling unauthorised biography Gina Rinehart: The Richest Woman in the World, published by Pan Macmillan.

Adele is on the board of the Melbourne Press Club.
