Report on 2017 Triennial Review of Code of Conduct

Australian copyright collecting societies report annually on their compliance with the Collecting Societies Code of Conduct to the Code Reviewer, a former judge of the Federal Court.
In addition, the Code Reviewer invites submissions every three years on the contents and operation of the Code itself.
In December 2016, the Code Reviewer invited submissions on the operation of the Code and/or on any amendments that are necessary or desirable to improve the operation of the Code, as part of his 2014 triennial review of the Code’s provisions and operation.
