Heads up! Member Portal changes ahead in 2020

We’ve been working on improvements to Copyright Agency’s member portal so, in the coming months, you may notice that things look a bit different.
The changes are part of our commitment to members and the new member portal has loads of benefits. It’s easier to navigate and we’ve simplified some of the processes, which we’ve tested with users, so future claims will be easier to make.
We’ll provide more detailed information in the next issue of Creative Licence.
If you are owed royalties this month, Member Services will notify you by email prior to payment.
Are your details up to date? Log into your member account now to make sure we have your current bank, ABN and contact details.
