Member Portal temporary shutdown this week to introduce changes

As part of Copyright Agency’s commitment to enhancing our services to members, we will shortly be rolling out the first round of our planned improvements to the Member Portal.
To allow us to make the changes, access to members’ online accounts will be unavailable from 5pm Thursday 12 December to 9am Monday 16 December 2019.
When you login to the new Member Portal (after 16 December), you will prompted to change your password.
The improvements to the portal will provide a more intuitive experience for members and will make it easier for you to manage and update your account, as well as streamlining the onboarding process for new members.
With these foundations in place, we will move to phase two of the project in 2020.
