First Nations Voices series at Sydney Contemporary

The sixth edition of Sydney Contemporary art fair was held at Carriageworks, Redfern across 7 – 11 September 2022. Over 28,000 art collectors, industry professionals and art lovers visited the fair, to see 450 artists and 90 galleries at the first in-person fair since 2019.
Copyright Agency’s Cultural Fund supported First Nations Voices, Walk, Look, Listen, a series of artist portraits by Agency Projects that bring to life the language, Country and stories of the First Nations artists represented at Sydney Contemporary.
This series provided visitors with the opportunity to hear the artist or an expert speak directly about the narratives, connections and artistic practice. These portraits are available to watch online through Sydney Contemporary’s website.
