The Australian Publishers Association, with support from the Copyright Agency Cultural Fund, are offering Australian graduates an opportunity to take up an internship with a professional Australian publisher. Internships are available with a range of publishers, including trade, educational, and independent publishers, and literary magazines and journals.
These internships will be part-time (a maximum of 20 hours a week) for up to six months and the interns will receive a salary. Internships will commence from November 2018.
Who can apply
- Australian publishers, including trade, educational and independent publishers, and literary magazines and journals.
The process
- Publishers must submit an application for an intern by 5pm 24 August 2018.
- A sub-committee will assess applications and successful publishers and interns will be notified by end September.
