European Parliament adopts resolution backing creative industries on AI

The European Parliament has adopted a resolution, entitled ‘Copyright and Generative Artificial Intelligence – Opportunities and Challenges’, strongly backing the creative industries in relation to AI.
Among other things, the Parliament calls on the European Commission to support collective licensing markets and strengthen transparency requirements.
