Join the Arts Law Centre of Australia for the second session of their series, Indigenous Fashion Projects.

Contracts for collaborative fashion projects

This free webinar is a useful tool for both fashion designers and artists, and will answer questions on how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art can be celebrated  through ethical collaborations, touching on cultural protection and other topics to be discussed between the designer and artist.

Arts Law will break down the key features of an agreement between an artist and designer, collaboration agreements and copyright licenses in more detail. You’ll learn what to look out for in a contract and what to do if things go wrong. Come away with tips and resources to help you build and use your own contracts.

Arts Law are presenting these webinars as part of its participation in the Indigenous Fashion project with the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation. Register your spot for the Zoom webinar here.
