Melbourne press club presents this online webinar with Melbourne journalist-turned-crime writer Katherine Firkin and moderator Corrie Perkin (My Bookshop) for webinar to discuss her new thriller The Girl Remains.
The Girl Remains, set for release this May, is described as “an incredibly dark and chilling police thriller” set on the coast of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, where the discovery of human remains on an isolated beach reopens a twenty-year cold case.
This webinar is a must for fans of true crime and crime fiction. Firkin will discuss how her background as a crime and court reporter has helped her novelist career, and how the media and forensics assist in police investigations.
