Publisher Director election set for October

In July, the Copyright Agency sought nominations from members for three elected Board Director positions – that of Publisher Director, Author Director and Artist Director.
Incumbents, journalist Adele Ferguson and visual artist Dr Oliver Watts, will remain on the Board as their positions have not been contested.
The two people running for the Publisher Director role are the incumbent Jane Curry (Ventura Press) and Margrete Lamond (Dirt Lane Press).
Voting will open in late October and be finalised in late November, prior to the Copyright Agency’s Annual General Meeting (scheduled for 28 November).
Publisher members will be advised through Creative Licence and direct email in advance of voting.
