Copyright Agency sponsors Award for Governance Reporting
November 28, 2018 | Company News
The Copyright Agency is a major sponsor of the awards for company annual reports.
Copyright Agency’s Director of Commercial Licensing, Guy Johnson, says, “It’s the second year we’re sponsoring the Australasian Reporting Awards (ARA). We support good governance in all its forms and we are very pleased to sponsor the Special Award for Governance Reporting, which recognises quality and completeness of disclosure in reporting on governance.”
Established in 1950, the ARA helps organisations to improve their reporting standards and recognises excellence in this area.
ARA Patron, Hugh Morgan, AC, says,”I know from experience that entering the ARA Awards is a very effective way of obtaining an independent assessment of how well your annual report meets the information needs of your stakeholders.”
Entries for the 2019 ARA Awards are closing soon. The 69th ARA Awards Presentation Dinner will take place on 19 June 2019 in Melbourne. For more information, visit the ARA website.
