Book your spot for the Australian Copyright Council Webinar series

September 1, 2021

The Australian Copyright Council (ACC) are offering a series of webinars in September covering a range of topics across different areas of copyright. There will be specific licensing sessions for educational institutions and the GLAM (galleries, libraries, archives & museums) sector, in addition to webinars which cover more general copyright topics such as using and making content, digital classrooms and copyright fundamentals.

CEO Eileen Camilleri will present each hour-long session, and will be joined by copyright lawyers and professional experts in each area of copyright to break down the Copyright Act and answer questions from the audience in a live setting.

Copyright Agency, along with Screenrights are hosting a session on September 14, Education – Statutory licensing. The seminar will cover who both Copyright Agency and Screenrights are and what we do. We’ll outline the cost, coverage and benefits of each type of statutory educational licence on offer. Single sessions are $100 each, with a 10% discount if you register for multiple sessions. For further information and registration, please visit their website here.

The Australian Copyright Council has also provided an exclusive offer for Copyright Agency licensees and members to receive a FREE book when you register for one or more of the eight seminars in the 2021 Webinar series this month.
