Brisbane Writers Festival is back for 2023 with more than 100 events.
Five days and four nights of entertainment, featuring blockbuster bestsellers to literary luminaries, and everything in between.
The festival showcases diverse literary talents from across Brisbane, Australia and beyond. Program highlights include Trainspotting author, Irvine Welsh; Indigenous poet and political activist, Lionel Fogarty; and multi award-winning author, Alexis Wright. This year’s country of focus is South Korea.
