Creators invited to claim a royalty

The Copyright Agency is inviting creators to claim their share of copyright royalty payments.
Image makers along with writers are being invited to provide information about where their images or written works have appeared on websites or in magazines, newspapers or books/eBooks.
Creators need to have retained their copyright and meet other eligibility criteria to qualify. Those who are eligible will receive a minimum payment of $50.00 (AUD).
Members can also now easily add their works through their recently upgraded online account on the Member Portal. Those who have participated in previous years will also be able to view work information they’ve submitted in the past.
Creators who are not yet members can join for free online.
To be eligible for the 2021 distribution, creators will need to add information about their work by 5pm AEDT Friday, 15 January 2021.
