New features delivered in latest Member Portal update

More than 1,500 members have accessed the Member Portal since our upgrade at the start of October. The new capability for adding and viewing works has been the most popular new feature.
Members have also found the help they need with new articles on our Help Centre reaching more than 3,000 views.
With last month’s upgrade, members can view works that our researchers have linked to their account. The upgrade also allows you to manage which licence schemes you can opt into; invite others to manage your account; and generate your own payment reports.
Work continues for our next release that will introduce even more features, including a new Payments Dashboard, which will graphically summarise up to five years of payment data.
This release will mark the completion of a two-year project to completely rebuild the systems we use to make around $115m in payments to our members each year.
