A note on upcoming member payments
We are putting our October and November distributions on hold while we prepare for the next major update to your online account.
All outstanding claims need to be actioned by 15 September. For the next payment dates, please refer to our payment timetable.
You can easily check if you have an outstanding claim by logging in to the Member Portal. Keep an eye out for the simplified claims process, along with shares and payments, rolling out in late September.
